Broadway’s only loyalty program, Audience Rewards wanted to evolve their brand and website without heavily relying on commonly used theatrical colors and visual cues. EMG delivered a fresh, new brand identity for their already established national brand, with a modern, colorful edge that breathed life and renewed interest  into the program.

The Embassy Suites Resort & Spa in La Quinta, CA needed  revenue boosting marketing initiatives with local and national reach. Jerri James, founder of Club GoBeDo & The Orphan Campaign has a very clear mission: teach children about caring and serving others in need. Their brand is derived from the idea that each child should be encouraged to “Go Somewhere, Be a Voice, Do Something”. CLC is all about community, and they needed a website that would allow their members to actively engage in the life of the church. Massage Envy

Massage Envy needed an awareness campaign to attract new prospects as well as a frequency campaign that generated incremental revenue from existing clients. EMG used outdoor to advertise a $49 first-time visitors offer and increased new visits by 40%.

EMG used targeted email to offer existing members as well as valued guests a free 60-minute massage with each new member, 90-minute massage upgrades with referrals and free 30-minute massages with gift card purchases. Our awareness and frequency campaigns increased client visits by over 10%.
